At the COP30 Leaders’ Summit on November 7, Brazil announced the Belém 4X Pledge on Sustainable Fuels, a commitment to quadruple production and use of ‘sustainable fuels’ by 2035. Italy was among the promoters, along with Japan and India, and others. As of November 14, another 19 countries have joined, including Canada, Mexico, and the Netherlands.
Alla COP30 del 7 novembre, il Brasile ha annunciato il Belem 4X Pledge sui combustibili sostenibili, un impegno volto a quadruplicare la produzione e l’uso di “combustibili sostenibili” entro il 2035. L’Italia è stata tra i promotori, insieme ad altri paesi tra cui Giappone e India. Al 14 novembre, altri 19 Stati hanno aderito all’iniziativa, come Canada, Messico e Paesi Bassi.
